Though the Rutu Estate housing project is located in a crowded neighborhood the estate comes with a jogging and cycling track which is highly appreciated. It would be nice to have a gym inside the complex. But at this price with various facilities, it's worth it. Additionally, a designated kid's play area and a Yoga area are also present for the residents' use.
