No gym or rooftop deck; plain indoor recreation only. These things are some drawbacks.

I purchased a 1 BHK for healthy rental demand, and proximity to the metro.

I view Sabari Mira as a good first-time buyer choicedue to its small flats, play area, and quick metro/highway access. It is in a well-established Chembur area.
