In the context of the two given properties, Ananta with a score of 7.3 scores significantly above its counterpart, which has a score of 4.3. The high score secured by Ananta could be explained on the backdrop of better lifestyle & livability scores coupled with the cost effective price. Alta Monte being relatively older to Ananta has a price of INR 13,750 PSF, whereas Ananta has a price of INR 12,800 PSF.

Square Yards Verdict: The Square Yards “Project Comparison Tool”, which is based on the comprehensive analysis of the two properties across major parameter indicate Ananta as the clear winner without much doubt. Similar sentiments are also reflected by the Square Yards sales force deployed in the Mumbai region. They believe Ananta has a slight edge above Alta Monte and offers a better option to both investor as well as end user.

However it should be noted that Ananta will take another 1-2 years to be fully completed. In contrast Alta Monte is slightly older and certain number of apartments will be completed in next 6-7 months.
