Lodha Bel Air has good connections as it is 1.5 Kms from Western Express Highway and 0.1 Kms from Swami Vivekanand Road. It is a beautifully designed living space with Exquisite Landscaping. That's why it has a value for money rating of 8.6 out of 10.
Lodha Bel Air is a bit overpriced for me. The project is offering 2, 3 BHK Apartments in size ranging from 659 Sq. Ft. to 1286 Sq. Ft. Strategically placed for good connectivity; the project has a connectivity rating of 8.8.
The experience of investing in Lodha Bel Air has been wonderful. It is close to basic amenities and the lifestyle here is luxurious.
Though the facilities are of the highest order, the maintenance charges are on the higher side. I think it can be a problem for some residents.
Lodha Bel Air is located near Western Express Highway. The project is well connected for this reason. I bought 2 BHK 779 Sq. Ft. apartment here that cost me 2.56 Cr. Premium Quality Interiors and distinctive Treetop Walkway are truly commendable.
Lodha Bel Air is strategically located near 1.5 Kms from Western Express Highway and ~0.1 Kms from Swami Vivekanand Road. The connectivity is easy from here. However, it turned out not to be an affordable choice with high cost.
