I consider this project to be an elite property at Mahalaxmi. The large floor plans and upscale amenities make it extremely desirable for clients looking for high-end living.

I’ve been gushing about this place to all my friends for the lastweek, so I guess I might as well write an actual review for it. I’m aguy living alone who bought a new apartment at Primero twoweeks ago for a surprisingly cheap price.
Since then I’ve discovered more about this development andgotten involved with the community, and I honestly don’t think Icould’ve found a better place! The best thing, the absolute bestthing about the Lodha Primero has to be the community.
The people here are warm and helpful and treat you like family.The management themselves are always ready to deal with anyissues you might be facing. I didn’t know where to go shoppingand this old couple from next door told me about all the best spotsto get groceries and whatever else I needed. It was seriously thesweetest thing ever.
Primero’s grounds, amenities, facilities, and rooms are nothing tolaugh at either. I checked six developments before I chose thisone and none of them had 2BHK apartments as large as thePrimero’s (my apartment, the smallest size, is 1287 sq. ft.).
The developers didn’t skip out on quality either as all thefurnishings are modern chic and look at home in the spaciousrooms. Plus, you also get easy access to and from the LodhaPrimero as both the Dr Baba Saheb Ambedkar Marg road and theDr E Moses Marg Road are about 1.4 km away.
I took a 2 BHK here hoping for high-end living. The flat is spacious, but I was disappointed with maintenance services.
The high-rise building and facilities are nice. But the security has to be improved, as I've observed gaps in surveillance.
This project is really good with superb connectivity. I expected better infrastructure maintenance.
