One of the biggest positives is its location – it sits right on the Expressway with quick connectivity to Delhi, Greater Noida, and the IT hubs around Sector 135 & 142. The metro station at Sector 137 is also within walking distance, which adds real convenience for daily commuting. Inside the society, the layout is spacious with good open green areas, a decent clubhouse, swimming pool, gym and basic sports facilities. The project was marketed as India’s first eco-friendly housing and you can see efforts like rainwater harvesting, solar panels for common areas and a natural ventilation design. These are small but valuable touches in a city like Noida. However, like many large-scale developments, there are some drawbacks too. Maintenance quality has been average and varies from tower to tower. Certain blocks and lifts show signs of wear and tear, and the finishing is not as premium as newer projects nearby. Parking can also feel a little tight during peak hours. Overall, Supertech Ecociti is a good option for those looking for a budget-to-mid segment apartment on the Expressway with ready infrastructure and metro access.
