The area is a good one to stay and budget-wise, there are more options. That’s what motivated my family to invest here some time back. Property appreciation has been decent, and we are mostly happy with the neighbourhood. The plus point is that the Marve Beach is about 20-25 minutes away from our home, which is a great place to relax and unwind in the evening. The Infiniti Mall is about 15 minutes away, and many other social amenities are also present.

The distance to my office in Nariman Point is 1-1.30 hours on a good day, but I still wish that more connectivity improvements could be made to shorten the distance.

Malad East is a good place to stay with your family. I personally find the area quite quaint and charming, with that classic Mumbaikar flavor. I am also pinning my hopes on the bypass road being developed and highway extension connectivity. The airport is not that far away, while the property rates are slightly better than the western side, which is older.
