Aided schools such as Ryan International, Cambridge School, Many hospitals nearby, malls such as Growel's 101, Thakur Mall provide good shopping and entertainment facilities. Parks and green pockets and proximity to Sanjay Gandhi National Park provide fresh air and nature relief. Negatives: Traffic jam & road congestion is a true phenomenon. WEH and Akurli roads become severely congested during peak hours. Monsoon & waterlogging are problematic in certain low lying areas, drainage in some sectors requires serious upgradation. Also, occasionally utility disruptions like gas or water happen, making problematic.

Positives: I am a home owner and I enjoy the convenient access to Kandivali railway station on the Western railway line and the proximity of the Akurli metro makes travelling easy. The region has structured townships such as Thakur Village and Lokhandwala shopping, excellent schools, hospitals and quite reasonable housing relative to central suburbs, so everyday life is easy and family-friendly. Regular bus routes, convenient road access and numerous neighbourhood malls make chores a breeze. Negatives: There are some negative aspects, such as heavy traffic during rush hours and infrequent waterlogging during the monsoon. Despite all that, I am a highly contented resident. Friendly neighbours, developing facilities and functional prices make Kandivali East feel like home. I love living here each and every day.

The area is family-friendly with decent green spaces and growing real estate potential. However, traffic congestion and monsoon waterlogging are common issues. Overall, it's a solid mid-range suburb with improving infrastructure.

All that I require is available in the vicinity. I also adore the open areas and parks around it, and the nearness to Sanjay Gandhi National Park, which provides a serene retreat from the urban hubbub. The area is secure, and increasing residential facilities make it a shrewd investment and living option. Negatives: One small drawback is the occasional traffic congestion during rush hours. Nevertheless, the overall convenience, services, green spaces, and secure ambiance make Kandivali East a five-star residential area. I truly feel delighted to call it home.

The railway station is not far, and buses ply frequently, so traveling anywhere in Mumbai is handy. I also appreciate how many new residential schemes have emerged with proper planning. Prices are affordable relative to Western suburbs. It makes home ownership here seem like a good idea. Negatives: One thing I observe is that there are some older lanes which have narrow streets, so parking at times can be a bit challenging. Other than that, the area is safe, lively, and extremely family-friendly for people like us.
