Eco park, Open water Ravet swimming ghat, and the public swimming pool of Govind
Baug. Renowned educational institutions such as the S.B. Patil Public school, PCCOER, and City Pride School among many others.

excellent for the time being. As large developments are slowly cropping up in the area
the locality is expected to be one of the high-demand residential areas in the coming
years. The roads are good and are a peaceful locality with all the necessary amenities.

The society here in Sector 29 is very quaint and has all amenities at its disposal which
makes the area a comfortable locality to live in. Schools, colleges, Banks, and ATMs are
widespread in the area. As it is still in its development phase Sector 29 is a great
housing investment opportunity with the expected returns to be high in the coming years
in terms of ROI. But I find the locality too distant from the key hubs within Pune.
