I stay here as Undri is famous for affordable homes near NIBM. I enjoy greenery and my experiences with peaceful streets. I like the mixed neighbourhood and simple layouts. I benefit from Hadapsar road buses and fresh air. I trust Inamdar Hospital and Vibgyor School. I dislike dust and poor road lighting.

I like the whole layout of Nyati Esteban-1. The township scores 8.8 on the connectivity scale. Nyati Esteban-1 is spread across 4.36 acres and maintains good connectivity with Kondhwa Road. I am thinking of booking a 3 BHK 1203 Sq. Ft. Apartment here.

Nyati Esteban-1 will be completed by Nyati who is one of the renowned developers in Pune. Price for 2 BHK 819 Sq. Ft. Apartment is only 88.45 Lac here. Finding a 2 BHK flat at this price is not an easy one in South Pune for having good connectivity.
