Very beautiful society and club house is very premium
The society has a premium look with well-maintained landscaping and spacious apartments. Security is tight and the guards are responsive, which adds a sense of safety. The clubhouse and amenities like gym, swimming pool, and walking tracks are good, though sometimes a bit crowded during peak hours. Maintenance staff is available but the service response can be slow at times. The water and electricity supply are reliable, but occasional lift issues and parking mismanagement do happen. Location-wise, it’s peaceful and green, but the connectivity can be a bit inconvenient without a personal vehicle, especially for daily commuting. However, with nearby commercial hubs and schools, it works well for families. The expansive design, state-of-the-art facilities, and lush green areas have enormously upgraded the lifestyle of my family.
The well-manicured facilities, secure living environment are commendable. I am impressed by this projet.
I personally think the rentals are quite steep relative to comparable developments in the region.
Frequent cuts in power and water create hardships in this place. But it also has high-end amenities.
