Thakur village is very good locality near to kandiwali and borivali station ,easy available highway ,it has easy accessibility to supermarket like Dmart ,Big bazar malls & parks college & Hospital ,Transport facilities is also good in thakur village best buses and auto rickshaw available all the time near mahindra company.

Due to the metro work near to western expresss highway there is huge traffic during morning that peak hours in morning ,vegetable market is faraway ,there is some lack of street light in some part of the road,some time frequent water shortage that is minimal & some of the area are not clean like singh estate near thakur village road or not proper lots of potholes .

I have been living in this locality for my entire life, from since when I was 2 yrs, the place is very convenient, Kandivali and Borivali both stations are at 10mins, just besides the highway, soon there will be metro station just at 5 mins, and all the facilities and amenities are within reach(schools, colleges, hospitals, malls) , safe and clean place.

Only thing to dislike is there can be very heavy traffic on weekends on the road that connects to Highway, due to metro construction it's very regular, otherwise it happens sometimes and that can be very long sometimes, roads that connect to highway are rather small and get accumulated by traffic easily. Things are overpriced here looking at the locality people are ready to pay anything so things are a little overpriced.
