I like gated communities and growth ahead. My suggestions are easing traffic jams and fixing drainage issues.

I live in Sector 65, and my experiences feel modern and lively. I like the high-rise view and clean societies. I enjoy easy access to Golf Course Extension Road. I visit Worldmark often. I trust Medanta Hospital and DPS nearby. I feel rents are high. My suggestions are better traffic control and footpaths.

I love Sector 65 because it's the peak of luxury on Golf Course Extension Road. The Sector 55-56 Rapid Metro is very close. Having Sanjeevani Hospital and WorldMark Mall nearby is a blessing. The greenery around M3M Golf Estate is lovely. However, the heavy traffic and massive construction dust are big problems.

I think Sector 65 is beautiful with its skyline. I feel the rental yield here is fantastic. I love hanging out at M3M 65th Avenue and WorldMark. My experiences with Uber and local transit are great. I just have complaints about the poor street lighting, high maintenance costs, and dust.

For healthcare, I recommend Cloudnine Hospital; having master's students from nearby KIIT College is frequent. My interaction with the gated safety and the greenery is fantastic. Although the lifestyle is worth the exorbitant rent, it is not very cheap in my opinion. The construction dust, though, troubles me. Lack of public streetlights on service routes presents a major challenge.

This is the ultimate luxury center on Golf Course Extension Road. Living right next to major corporate parks like M3M Urbana offers the main benefit in my opinion. I advise this location for its great access to the Rapid Metro and Sohna Road. Families, I see, love the nearby reputable Cloudnine Hospital and top schools such as St. Xavier's High. Because of the elite gated towns and excellent security, I believe women feel very secure in the neighbourhood at night. Here I adore the opulent retail stores as well as the neighborhood parks. The rental yield seems to be rather high. I believe lack of public buses and waterlogging during rainfalls really call for attention.

Living in Sector 65, the most elegant stretch of Golf Course Extension Road, gives me great pride. I like the opulent atmosphere and the quick drive to Sohna Road and Rapid Metro. Move here for institutions such as St. Xavier's High and Cloudnine Hospital, which are extremely nearby. Because of the premium security in communities such as M3M Golf Estate, I feel quite safe at night. I like WorldMark for amusement; the gorgeous manicured grounds are great. My investment provides very great rental returns. Less construction dust and improved street illumination on service lanes are all I desire. One's existence here is absolutely first-rate.

Positives: I enjoy resting here. The Golf Course Extension Road entry is so quick. My office is not far from here. For meals, I like WorldMark Mall. Cars may be found rather easily. I abhor the heavy rent and construction dust.

Negatives: I also have very poor tolerance of traffic noise.

Positives: Rental income is quite great here. It is a great place for investment. M3M Urbana and Cloudnine Hospital simplify life. I find this exquisite mood quite attractive. Every weekend my family frequents WorldMark.

Negatives: Public transportation is extremely limited. Rain brings waterlogging. High-speed race vehicles are frightening.

Positives: Living in Sector 65 made me feel rather secure. It costs money, but it's worth the cost. I went around using the Sector 55-56 Rapid Metro. Nearby was St. Xavier's High School. My family appreciated the wealth.

Negatives: I was troubled by high maintenance expenses, construction dust, and traffic jams. I loathed the daily commotion.
