The immediate access to the Kasarsai Dam and Lake gives scenic beauty, therefore Krisala Everland's primary asset is this. Emphasis on outdoor living and a peaceful, resort-like environment distinguish the project. Road networks provide the basis of connection; still, the nearest metro station is far distant and calls for ongoing construction. Nearby, the Kasarsai Lake provides outstanding natural scenery and water views. The Lifepoint Multispecialty Hospital is the nearest high-quality medical center. The project stands out for its great natural setting and weekend house possibilities, which inspired the relaxative investment. Two key services that need work are the inconsistent cellular network coverage and the whole lack of dependable local pharmacy facilities.
