Being a tenant in Devanahalli for the last year has made me really joyful. Since the region is very calm and green, unusual in Bangalore my experience has been fantastic. I moved here mostly for my employment, since I work close to Aerospace Park and the brief journey saves me a lot of time. Though I am waiting for the Blue Line metro to open, for my daily needs I typically take the local buses or the train from Devanahalli Railway Station. But what really disturbs me is the regular lack of adequate street lighting on some internal roads and the power outages. Matching the rapid expansion requires a significant overhaul of the local infrastructure.

Unmatched, I believe, is the development possibility near Devanahalli Airport. For long-term living, I find the great satellite city planning very extraordinary. For a simple commute, I advise using the NH-44 and the new Blue Line metro. For families here, I see great advantages in top-notch choices such as Akash Hospital and Oxford English School. Because of the strict security around the airport area, I feel quite secure even at night. For a quiet weekend, I enjoy going to the Devanahalli Fort or the nearby parks. The Aerospace Park staff is responsible for the rapid increase in rental yields I see. The absence of Cauvery water contact and public transit frequency within designs calls for development.

Owning my house in Devanahalli makes me quite happy since my life here is more serene and less congested. My surroundings have vast terrain, greenery, and a subdued airport-side ambiance. From my point of view, Ola, and Uber-like cabs are easily available 24 hours a. The auto stand is close to my area within a walking distance of 7 minutes. The atm of the State Bank of India is near my place within 300 meters.

Positives: Though the area has a distinctive appeal with its historic Tipu Sultan's birthplace, it seems rather distant from the major city and I have been renting here for some time. I remain because my office is in the BIAL IT Investment Area. My knowledge is mediocre because the rent is very inexpensive, considerably less than in Hebbal.

Negatives: For checkups and grocery shopping, I normally go to the New Manasa Hospital and local shops, but there aren't many possibilities nearby for true amusement. Negatives: I must say the place really requires excellent restaurants nearby. I believed the street lights needed very rapid reactions.

Positives: Since I work at the KIADB Aerospace Park, I am renting Devanahalli. The quiet surroundings and the Blue Line Metro set to arrive soon help me the most. For my weekly groceries, I go to the Galleria Mall or the nearby Devanahalli market. For any crisis, I consider the Ramaiah Leena Hospital very dependable. I like the pure air I get here every morning as well as the natural green.
