33 Keshavkunj is well connected with Solapur Road, OldPune Mumbai Highway. We can now connect with allimportant parts of the city without any problem. In suchassociating place, the property is offering flats at a goodcost.

I have booked a 3 BHK flat in 33 Keshavkunj that cost mearound 75 Lac. It is around 1200 sq. ft. I preferred theproperty as it is close to Solapur Road, Old Pune MumbaiHighway.

The cost of 33 Keshavkunj properties is comparatively goodbased on its location. I booked an apartment here witharound 70 Lac and got an apartment of 1270 sq. ft. Smallerflats of around 800 sq. ft. are also available.

33 Keshavkunj is a decent choice for a person who wantssolid connectivity. For the same reason, I think it is a goodoption for investment. Despite the fact that it is wellconnected, the price is not too high.
