I am living in this place for about 4year and my appartment is do good so nice the property is brilliant and rent is also reasonable construction of the building is done do elegantly I can't explain this in word's or building is located in center of the area that's is near and just walking distance away from station it is never ever we have faced network issue or any connectivity issue electricity failure nothing or building is next to Jogeshwari station just walking distance away its not a minute walk from the building so this the best part of this locality every Sunday there is a market in this location like u can get any product any thing from the market which is very very convenient also we have alot of restaurants and hospital nearby also theater and mall is very near to our building also we feel very safe in this area very good place recommend for all types of people and families
