No reason to dislike really. Invested since I was looking for something near my parents place. They live quite nearby and they were the ones who asked me to take a look. Happy with what I see and of course, my son is studying in Dayanand Sagar nearby so that's another incentive.
What they are promising feels good enough. I hope they execute. But that said, some positives are the Kanakapura Main Road access you get although my office in Electronic City is quite far away. Willing to make the compromise since the budget and amenities are good.
Hopeful of Kanakapura Road developing further with PRR and metro corridor implemented. So investing now since there will be price rise in next 2-3 years. As an investor I feel it is a place worth betting on.
I live in Kanakupura Road myself, slightly off from this project. So, was looking for proper budget project in locality itself. Found the layout nice and location is very near to Forum Mall which is like a hangout for us. Went ahead.
If you are looking at South Bangalore, this is probably a great choice. I will recommend for its access to so many landmarks, you take the Delhi Public School, Forum Mall, Dayanand Sagar University, upcoming IKEA Store. They are all within only 10 minutes from here.
