Schools, Malls and medical facilities all are within walking distance of HDIL PremierExotica and are something I love a lot. I don';t have to travel long distances for anythingso I find the position at Premier Exotica to be very well planned.

In my opinion, HDIL Premier Exotica provides the best housing in the central suburbs ofKurla. The Project is very well connected with LBS Marg just 0.7KM away. Moreover, itis well accessible from the Eastern Express Highway which is just 3 KM away making ita convenient place to stay.
