The Grande does not have some of the fancy features otherdevelopments do but to match that its apartment prices are alsonot that high. The other residents are very easy to get along withso it really feels like a good environment to live in. The securityguard at the gate is also a big relief!
Sports facilities are there on the grounds including a very nicegym where I go sometimes, a swimming pool, a supervised kids’pool, a jogging track which I also use, and a yoga area. Theenvironment is very inclusive which is really nice.
The building was already well occupied when I moved in but I didnot see any of the usual bad things. There were no screamingkids and the place was kept immaculately clean. It even camewith a power-supply backup and 24 hour running water.
The best part about this place is the connectivity. You can find theJogeshwariVikroli Link Road about 0.8km away and the LBSMarg 1.3km away. There are lots of schools, hospitals andshopping malls just a few minutes’ drive around the AurumGrande.
I have been at the Aurum Grande for a month now (single womanliving alone) and I am happy to say I love the place. Theconstruction quality is very impressive and the premium fittingsthat come with the apartment really liven it up. It is located in theKanjumarg East sector which is perfect since my family livesnearby.
