Nyati Evara's strategic positioning in Kondhwa makes it a prime location to stay in South Pune. The apartments are very spacious and come in two configurations of 2 BHK and 3 BHK and ranging from 1032 to 1608 sq. ft.

I have never seen a housing complex as well maintained as Nyati Evara. The pool area is beautiful and is overlooked by the surrounding apartment towers. The estate is spacious and has ample parking areas for all residents.
