I like the large apartment and the amenities offered at Oracle Gardens, but I have problems with the power backup system and high maintenance charges.

Housing a unit at this place has been a so-so experience. Although the size of the apartment and facilities are impressive, there have been concerns with responsiveness on maintenance.

As a real estate agent, I am extremely attracted to this project because of its prime location in Ramamurthy Nagar and the spacious rooms. The low-density living experience of the project is really attraction.
