What a nice way they have planned the layout. The forest walk, campus are all so nice. Developer is a big name, location is Mysore Road. Yes some traffic jam is there, but never mind, metro and bus terminus is also nearby. I think it's a perfect one to buy.

Really it is the only project with its forest inside the campus. Really something that touched me once I visited the site and it will only become more beautiful in the future. That was the light bulb moment for me. Want my kids to grow up in this ambience.

Always wanted to live near metro, since no point taking the car and spending hours in traffic jams. This project is right on point since metro and bus terminus are nearby and Big Basket departmental store is also there. Many stores also and educational institutions. Confident about the project.

Seemed like a good investment. ACS Engineering College, girls school, medical college, supermarkets. Everything is in the area. And most importantly metro. Who does not want to stay near metro. So I invested.

Location, location, location. Just take a drive on the Mysore Road. You will find the medical college nearby and metro station is coming up opposite to it. Also, the 6-laning is happening for the road. So best place to invest in my opinion.

Maintenance costs appear too high considering planned amenities. This is a concern.

Good connectivity with hospital, schools, and tech parks. I like this project. for its facilitie also.

I like the expansive sports setup and well-maintained greens. Fitness options along with clubhouse are excellent value.

I find great attractiveness in its location is close proximity to NICE and future metro. The sport courts, roller skating rink, pool, and clubhouse provide wide family appeal.

In all honesty, the unit number (756 units) raises concerns about privacy and exclusivity.
