It's good society, well maintained good standard, however the amenities are not complete as promised by developer and public transportation issue due to ongoing work of metro. However once metro is accessible it's a great place to live.

Features include the usual power supply when there is an electricity cut aswell as 24/7 treated water supply, and there’s also a lift so you don’t have tosuffer climbing stairs. I’ve also seen a kids’ play area, so I guess it’s a goodplace for parents who need lots of space for their kids and something toentertain them too.

The best part is that out of all the apartments I looked at, the Puranik RumahBali offered the cheapest places with the best combination of amenities andfacilities. The rooms come partly furnished so don’t worry, you won’t have tospend lakhs on buying your essential furniture. That said, some of the tenantscan be noisy, but I’ve seen security actually telling them to be quiet if they aretoo loud.

The Rumah Bali is beautiful as well as practical so I’m pretty happy with theoutside. The inside is even more impressive. My 1bhk apartment came with966 square feet of space which is more than some 2bhk rooms in the maincity.

The development itself is built in the Balinese design style and looksabsolutely gorgeous when lit up against the night sky. It’s located just 0.2kmaway from Thane Ghodbunder road so it’s easy for me to get on the road too.
