PositivesGood location: Sector 89 has relatively good access to Dwarka Expressway, NH-48 and Manesar.
* Green & peaceful environment: Reviews mention open/green areas, parks and a comparatively calm atmosphere.
Security: Several reviews describe the society as safe with security measures in place.
* Connectivity has future potential: Sector 89 is developing rapidly and is close to major roads/expressway infrastructure.
Things to ConsiderElectricity/power cuts are the biggest concern. Recent resident discussions report prolonged outages, including some claims of outages lasting many hours or even longer. This is something I’d personally verify with current residents before renting/buying.
Construction quality/finishing: Some residents have reported seepage, wall cracks and finishing/construction concerns.
Outside the society is still developing: Sector 89 reviews mention dust, construction activity, roads, waterlogging/sewage concerns and limited public transport.
