Bandra Kurla Complex or BKC as popularly known nowadays is one of the best localities at present in Mumbai. The rate at which the area has developed is remarkable. It has great restaurants nearby like Ping Pong, 5 star Hotels like Sofitel and is filled with Office Towers as well. It is a very nice place to explore around and best to live in for certain. There are many schools nearby as well so, it won't be a concern. Public Transport like Taxis and Rickshaws are always available here as well. No Power Cuts Easy Cab/Auto Availability Metro Connectivity nearby Good Public Transport Enough Parks/ Well Maintained Parks Clean & Hygienic No Water Shortage Well Lit Streets Good Hospitals are nearby Markets at a walkable distance Good Schools are nearby NEGATIVES A downside might be that there are theft cases reported now and again with some crimes being disturbing as well and having casualties. People do not seem to be helpful sometimes when you need help in general. Even though public transport is easily accessible, most drivers refuse to take you unless you go by their rate or pay over the meter charge. Casual signal cutting is also common here if no Police personnel is around. But, the positives of this place heavily outweigh the negatives.
