According to Vastu Shastra, medicines should be housed at the northeast corner of the house. The medicine cabinet needs to be kept tidy and organised at all times because it is said that a messy medicine cabinet attracts bad energy.

In My Case, My Son Will Be The Same Person Who Will Sign On My Behalf (due To The Poa) And He Also Will Be Receiving The Gift. Is That Considered Valid Or The Same Person Cannot Be The Poa And Also Receive The Gift?
