I have been residing here for two years. Connectivity is excellent, and schools are close by, making life convenient for my family.
I really love the greenery around! The walking trails and parks make it serene to reside.
My favorite part of the tour at Amrapali Princely Estate was the clubhouse, which is offered as an amenity to all residents and is very well maintained. Including a fully equipped gym and a beautiful pool area for the use of the residents.
Amrapali Princely Estate is a lucrative buy for any home seeker, the location is prime making it the place to say in Central Noida, moreover, the valuation of the properties is going to increase for sure and making Amrapali Princely Estate a good investment opportunity.
The locality is well connected to all major roads and is within proximity to the NOIDA expressway which makes the daily commute to the key commercial hubs of the area easy.
Large flats with nice interiors, but maintenance fees are a bit steep.
The security is good, but lifts are slow and at times not operational, which is frustrating.
very good society with lesser number of towers and only two entry exit there is very good market with easy approach
The social facilities are present close by from Hospitals to shopping centers everything is present within arm’s reach and makes living at Amrapali Princely Estate a very convenient place for a permanent resident.
Amrapali Princely Estate has one of the best-looking housing estates in Sector 76 in my opinion. The towers are majestic and are very beautiful to look at with attached balconies corresponding to each apartment. Moreover, central Noida is a prime location to stay in.
I purchased a flat recently. Good location, but finishing work was delayed more than anticipated.
