The two things that need quick attention are the ongoing dust pollution from building and the need for more specialized medical care nearer to the field.

Even at night, I move around with metros, cabs, and automobiles. Here I feel secure since there are surrounding families and protected societies. I appreciate the grass within hospitals, neighbouring schools, and residential buildings. My neighbours and the general atmosphere appeal to me. But in my view, road dust and waterlogging during rains should be given immediate consideration in this area.
