    I am really happy with my Wakad investment; the property value growth has been amazing given its advantageous position near the Hinjewadi IT center. Confirming my first choice, the area has amazing, contemporary amenities including dependable utilities and extensive internal roads. Here, we feel quite safe; the neighborhood boasts a vivid city aesthetic. The Pune Metro Line 3 will enable easy travel going forward. Leading institutions such as Ryan International and great hospitals like Lifepoint are easily accessible. But there is a recurring difficulty with insufficient water supply and air pollution problems that the local authorities urgently need to solve.

    This amazing place appealed to me when I purchased my house there for its excellent connectivity, modern infrastructure, and proximity to major business centres and lifestyle conveniences. I am certain about value and comfort given the future subway expansion and broad roadways. Being back home in minimal time after stepping outside for a fast shopping excursion or café visit is my most loved element. More green open areas inside the residential developments and more constant water supply throughout peak summers are two little things I would like to see changed. Still, I really advise Wakad as a place to live and invest.

    Positives: I picked Wakad since it was near to the IT hub Hinjewadi. I worked at one of the huge corporations there, therefore my daily commute was quite brief. With its superb connection through the Mumbai Highway and the future Metro Line 3, the region seemed ideal for working professionals.     Negatives: Serious water scarcity concerns were always present. Obtaining enough, excellent water was a daily fight. Furthermore, the general cleanliness was bad, and I often noted garbage collecting, notably close to internal roads, which was really repulsive.

    Negatives: Many times our water supply is insufficient, something that worries people very much. Some inner lane roads still have obvious potholes requiring faster maintenance. Finally, local authorities have to deal with the pollution levels, which are sometimes an issue owing to the surrounding industrial activity.

    Positives: Since it was just adjacent to the Hinjewadi IT Park, Wakad was perfect for me because my daily trip was quite simple. Compared to neighboring Baner, this seemed like a young, energetic, and extremely varied neighborhood with inexpensive housing. Essential amenities were great. Nearby we had a number of wonderful establishments including Snbp International School and Lifepoint Multispecialty Hospital. The proposed Metro Line 3 offered better future connectivity. For working professionals, it was a pleasant and practical location.

    Negatives: Inadequate water supply in the neighborhood sometimes created issues and forced people to depend on water tankers. Because of the region's dense growth and near industrial zones, air pollution was quite apparent.
