    Kondhwa is my residence and I admire its family friendly, balanced atmosphere. I have a decision between more current high rise houses and reasonably priced mid-rise flats. While upcoming metro plans promise quicker commutes, I get to the city via local buses and Swargate metro. With several multispecialty facilities in close proximity, medical care and ambulance services are dependable. Little parks and green pockets that offer kids fresh air and secure play areas delight me. Daily life is made easy since schools, markets, and public facilities are all close by. For daily comfort, I would like more regular internal shuttle buses and energetic neighbourhood markets in a few small areas. Kondhwa looks to be a good site for investment and residence.

You will find malls, coffee shops, and green areas for a laid-back weekend as well as excellent schools like RIMS International School and hospitals nearby. Although metro is not quite running yet, plans are in place to enhance future connection. For the most part, safety is rather good here. Rents are still rather reasonable in relation to premium areas in Pune. Two things I wish were stronger, there are some areas where fundamental public transportation frequency is low, and some amenities like neighbourhood parks and weekend markets are still not fully established.

    I purchased my residence in Kondhwa because of its modern infrastructure, excellent connection to important centres, and perfect combination of peace and urban life. Developed residential developments, great hospitals and schools, and a bearable drive to the downtown area are all available. I adore how I may arrive at home in minutes yet still find tranquillity free from the hectic main highways. Faster execution of a specialised metro line for the region and improved maintenance of some inside routes in older areas are something I believe may be improved. I heartily advise Kondhwa as a place to buy and live, even with that little exception.

    Positives: Kondhwa is just a great spot as a tenant, I highly recommend it and love living here. In my neighbourhood, I feel quite safe and at home. The site is perfect as it links easily to key areas like Hadapsar and Swargate through well-laid roads. A brief trip away are premium hospitals such Inamdar Hospital and reputable institutions such Delhi Public School. Clover Hills Plaza is practical for shopping. Here, the suggested Pune Ring Road and Civil Court to Yeolewadi metro line provide great promise going forward.

    Negatives: The few areas needing work include the obvious absence of a direct metro station right now and better PMC participation for garbage collection/hygiene in some areas.

Good road connection from the locality to IT centres such Magarpatta and Hadapsar via Kondhwa Road maintained high rental demand. Near respectable locations like Delhi Public School and Inamdar Hospital, this was a self-supporting community. The quiet surroundings and the proximity of markets provided great convenience.

    Negatives: We relied on buses and cabs since the area lacked direct subway connection. Particularly in summer, the erratic water supply in some older blocks was my worst negative. Often, we demanded water trucks. Additionally, on certain of the smaller interior side streets, improved cleanliness was necessary for a better living environment.

With the closest option being Swargate Metro Station, I appreciate how it links fast to areas like Hadapsar, Katraj, and MG Road. Convenient everyday life is made possible by close-by institutions such EuroSchool and hospitals like Sahyadri. There are also many coffee shops, grocery stores, and fitness studios. The properties here are reasonable, and the neighborhood feels secure even late in the evening.

    Negatives: Still, I believe better street lighting, more pedestrian walkways, and more efficient drainage systems in certain inner roadways could all be improved. Still, I believe Kondhwa is a perfect location to live in luxury and peace and to make investments.

    Positives: A South Pune central area linked by Katraj- Kondhwa Road and NIBM Road feels like The fast travel to Hadapsar and Magarpatta, IT centers, is the finest aspect. My children attend Olive National School, which is nearby. For rapid medical care, we also have several hospitals in close proximity like Mirza Hospital. Stable rentals here make investment really advantageous. Although there is no metro, bus service is good.

    Negatives: First is the water situation, especially in summer. Usually, we run into problems with water supply and have to depend on tankers. During peak hours, the traffic congestion on the main Katraj- Kondhwa Road is also bad. The road must be widened quickly to address the chaos.

Usually relatively inexpensive as compared with other areas of the city, it was ideal for reaching IT centers. Nearby were schools such Mansukhbhai Kothari and hospitals like Satyanand. Purchasing at Dorabjee's NIBM was always simple. My living situation was made pleasant by proximity to Hadapsar and the excellent local bus system.

    Negatives: One of the most important issues in many areas of the area was the frequent water supply interruptions and associated sewage troubles. The lack of a direct Metro link also forced dependence on bus or car transit, therefore reducing the overall effectiveness of city-wide travel.

Smooth connectivity via prominent roads like Kondhwa Road, NH-65, and Salunke Vihar Road connecting the area to Camp, Hadapsar, and further is provided. There are shopping centers, hospitals, and excellent schools nearby. It simplifies everyday life, everything from basic necessities to leisure appears within reach. The homes are rather inexpensive for their amenities and the surroundings are quiet but well connected, so I feel at ease renting here. Evening strolls down quieter streets are my favourite thing.

    Negatives: Having said that, two areas need work: the absence of an operational metro station nearby limits public transportation alternatives; some local roads continue to have congestion and repair problems. Kondhwa would be my top recommendation for a wise rental selection all around.
