Many factors affect the amount of light and ventilation yourhome receives. Marigold is a beautiful project by ATS, one ofthe famous Gurgaon developers. Located at Sector 89A, NewGurgaon, you can have access to vast natural beauty.
I have checked many factors including the layout andorientation of your project and apartment. All are as perexpectations in ATS Marigold. The project has 428apartments. All apartments have good access to open areas.
ATS Marigold is well connected to major roads such asDwarka Highway and Pataudi Road. ATS Marigold is spreadover 11 acres. The project status is intermediate. Theneighborhood areas are developed. For this reason, earlybooing is a wise decision for me.
Most people prefer to live in a quiet and peaceful placewhere noisy and obnoxious neighbors can cause a lot ofproblems. ATS Marigold is connected with nature in all sides.The apartments for sale come in various configurations suchas 3 BHK apartments.
In ATS Marigold, you will get a property area from 1750 sqft to 2650 sq ft with the lowest price of Rs 1.18 and thehighest price of Rs 1.78 crore. I think the price isundervalued considering the factors of devising surroundingand well connectivity. I think the price will increase rapidlyin near future in this project.
Positives
Society provides a community vibe and have above average management facility. Location is very accessible directly from Dwarka Expressway. Provides a low density community and large green & open area . If you are looking to buy then it's a best for money project.
