Living here is a pleasure; my experience in this brief time has been great. Here I feel safe; in the mornings, the neighbourhood is tranquil and lovely. Certainly along the primary Wakad Road, which links me perfectly to the major city highways, is my simplest way of travel. Everything is close by, therefore my everyday life is so simple. The setting of the community directly beside the IT center is ideal. The children attend EuroSchool Wakad; Lifepoint Hospital is quite nearby. Walking around the nearby parks gives me great pleasure. Generally, I am enjoying my life here, and the people are friendly. The sole urgent upgrades are better governance of overall air contamination very quickly and the larger potholes on the smaller inner roads.

With strong security systems all throughout, this location is secure. Easy access to the highway and bus transportation makes the project quite beneficial. Many customers are drawn to the vast open environment of the USP and the large sports courts. Nearby are hospitals such Surya and schools like EuroSchool. Because it is opulent, this project is not within reach of every consumer. A major attractive recreation amenity is the large swimming pool. The closest business center is Hinjewadi IT Park. The lack of public parks outside is a serious lack. Improvement of pavement paving is needed.

Since they have a superb history in Pune, I have very high ideas regarding the contractor. Only a few minutes away are basic amenities offered by Lifepoint Hospital and Indira National School. My investment strategy is to retain this unit for future high rental revenues. For small families, the security of this area is excellent. The lack of adequate signboards on the side roads worries me most. Though I am not a resident at present, I go regularly. I wish the council would straighten road curves.
