Living in Baner, I am a very happy owner and I believe this place was a good investment. Connectivity is noteworthy, as the soon-to-be Pune Metro Line 3 will have a station close by and today buses connect Baner well. Top colleges within reach include VIBGYOR High and Cambridge School, and hospitals like Jupiter and Lifepoint. Though the cost stays more reasonable than central Pune, the surroundings is welcoming, clean, and family-friendly. More focused community parks for children and weekend recreation would be one little change I would wish for.

Living close to the Baner-Pashan Biodiversity Park makes me feel extremely fortunate. The combination of great social life and IT comfort close Hinjewadi appeals most to me.

Negatives: The only things that call for focus are the heavy traffic during peak office hours and, occasionally, the water supply might be inconsistent, therefore calling for tanker dependence.
