Though the locality is well-developed accessibility may be a problem during peak office hours due to the Nehru Outer Ring Road Hyderabad being close by and culminates in high traffic confessions in the area.

The Aliens Space Station apartments are very futuristic and opulently designed. A modular kitchen is provided along with a chimney and designed sink. Bathrooms have all premium fixtures and include geyser and shower panels as well.
