Lots of amenities they are promising. I am hopeful that it will turn out well once they complete. Construction is going on and developer is prompt with the updates also. Location-wise I already stay here and go office daily through station. So lifestyle-wise, satisfied.
The Majiwada area has been growing fast and some traffic is also going up. But overall peaceful neighborhood and many family also investing here. Giving me confidence to shift here in future once project completes. Very interested in mini golf and all they will give here.
Drove to the site from Ghodbunder Road. Distance is not as much and I am hoping that strategic location will boost future value once we ultimately move here. Also, the Thane railway station is not that far. So I can depend on it for connection to Mumbai in future.
Developer layout seems good and sales team was very cooperative. Also, the pricing seems fair depending on the layout they are giving. Also, I am very intersted that Viviana and Korum Malls are all nearby and so many schools also. This is a big incentive for future investment.
Very happy with what I saw in terms of site. Construction is already on and satisfied with the pace of it. Yes, location is helpful, since I work on Ghodbunder Road. It is nearby and also the railway station is about 15 minutes away as I found myself.

It is a good project but stuck in traffic while accessing the highway is annoying. Hope road improvements soon!
