The inclusion of the modular kitchen is appreciated, the tile flooring is also beautiful but the walls lack the decoration, but is just one paint job away from perfection. The floor planning is done creatively to maximize the living space in apartments.

The apartments I saw were well planned but a little electrical work might be required from the buyer's side after moving in.
