For an investment property in Pune, I believe Godrej Elaris was a wise pick. I chose it for the strong Godrej brand trust and the premium site close to Magarpatta City even though I am not here. Having three themed seasonal gardens is my favourite feature. Because it is clean and close to the large Magarpatta City park, I appreciate the Magarpatta neighbourhood. This is a very unique selling point. Noble Hospital is rather near Seasons Mall. The forthcoming Metro Line 3 will enhance transportation greatly. I am let down by the fact that the neighbouring Mundhwa-Magarpatta road section requires better street lighting and footpath maintenance completed very quickly. Nearby, I wish to see local authorities create improved public amenities.
