Am living in Vikhroli at the moment. Kanjurmarg West seemed a good location from neighborhood point of view. Mumbai metro line 14, once it becomes reality, will make area costlier and hence better buy now and lock prices.
Pricing seemed slightly high to me, but location is also coming up fast. May be worth my investment in the future, since the JVLR and highway are nearby. Good thing for me is that railway station is very near and also Godrej IT Park where I work
Good bet since K Raheja is a famous name in Mumbai building market. I was recommended to take a site visit and once I did, liked the location very much. Main thing is Eastern Express Highway can be accessed easily and that's a big bonus. Anything around highway works in Mumbai
First thing that attracted me was the fact that project is just at intersection of LBS Marg and JVLR. Now I can commute better once I start living here. Also they are promising a spacious and green society which appeals to me.
