Maxblis Grand Wellington is a top-class company. The design of the project is luxurious. When I first saw their project, it seemed almost too good to be true. We had no second thoughts about buying the flat in sector 75. We can't hear the noise of the streets in the apartment.

Connectivity is the big plus point of this project. Sector 102 has good connectivity with major roads. The project is well connected to Logix City Center Mall and Spice World Mall. It is close to Greater Noida West Link Road. It is close to many schools, business hubs, and shopping malls.

According to my experience, our villa is so luxurious with the premium bath fittings. The space of the room is quite good. Laminated Wooden floors are so attractive. Oil Bound Distemper walls have a great finish. I love the entire design of our apartment.

Maxblis Grand Wellington provides a large range of lifestyle amenities that we always want. We have amazing sports features with a luxurious swimming pool. The gymnasium facility is great. The secuiry system is appreciable. The power backup system and the water supply system are amazing. Indoor Games are enjoyable all time.

This sector makes it an ideal destination for a luxurious lifestyle. The project offers 70 percent green and open space which makes it a perfect escape from the city. I am mesmerized by the peaceful greenery ecosystem. I will recommend it to everyone who found their peaceful home destination in Noida.
