MRG Balcony is a decent option in the affordable housing segment. The location in Sector 93 offers good connectivity to NH-8 and Dwarka Expressway, which is a major plus. The project is RERA-approved and delivered on time, which builds some trust for first-time buyers. However, being a budget project, the construction quality and amenities are quite basic. Common areas lack premium finishing, and maintenance services could be more responsive. It's a good entry-level property, but buyers should set realistic expectations regarding luxury and long-term infrastructure development. Thanx.
