Jodi flats are excellent, but monthly maintenance will be high considering no lift per flat.

Noise and crowds could increase. The construction dust is already visible nearby.

The greenery, kids' wet park, and zen garden looked great. The location is great.

The project has good value for 1 BHK with excellent amenities. This project has impressed me.

I am drawn to Lands End’s location with easy highway and future metro access, plus 75% open area and river views. Amenities are really attractive.
