I enjoyed the project at first, but handover delays were frustrating. This might be a dealbreaker.

Finally found a place after checking out many possibilities, and we selected an office in this area. The area is well connected to the IT Park, and even the lobby is high-end.

Solar water-heated offices and an intelligent lobby impress me. Parking space is well organized.
