Delivery schedule is being maintained and developer brand value is of course there. Signature Global is a big name and certain quality you expect from their flats which is there I will be honest. But the location benefits, while you are there near the Expressway, there is a lot of traffic I see on the roads. Also, view from balconies has to be better. Now there is all construction and debris. Hope it improves soon.
It is a win-win project for families, since community living facilities are good here and the project design and layout are also nice. Location-wise, it's the biggest USP, since the site is on the Dwarka Expressway itself. Also, there is lots of greenery all around, with NH-8 also nearby.
I have checked site area and it seems it is well-connected through Dwarka Expressway and NH-8. also like the fact that it's a low-rise development, with a design that is modern but still has some traditional touches. At least that's what I feel. Hoping to get my unit soon and move in
See, I have been very impressed that project is being developed so fast. Of course, my own unit is pretty well completed though I am yet to shift. They have given everything they promised. Not very happy with the approach road. Still, once construction is done, should be better. Area-wise, it's good enough, since my office is near Pataudi Road and it is accessible from here.
I will give full marks for the affordable prices. Now that most areas in Gurgaon are so costly, this is still well-connected on Dwarka Expressway but I was able to buy it at a better price in my opinion. Flat is yet to be ready so waiting to move in, although they have started deliveries. Good fit and finish overall of other apartments as I checked.
I struggled in getting timely feedback from the sales team for apartment availability and pricing.

The location is very strategic for this project at Sector-37D. My complex has many facilities like swimming pool and also some commercial space. I think that it is a good project to live in.
Signature Global City is a well-connected project with Pataudi road just 0.2 km away and Dwarka Expressway just 1.4 KM away making the locality connected to all important roads in Sector 37D.
The clubhouse present at Signature Global City is very luxurious and provides a great area to relax for the residents, the open planning of the project is my favorite aspect. The swimming pool area is spacious and looks very well planned along with the large parking space.
The apartments are well designed but it is still hard to gauge how the end result will be as Signature Global City is still in mid-stage. The infrastructure quality is great and the sprawling complex is a tranquil abode, security is well implemented and includes CCTV and an advanced firefighting system.
Floorplan options are very well thought out and come in 2 and 3 BHK apartments ranging from 950 to 1250 sq. ft. Retail spaces are available and seem like a lucrative opportunity as the gated community would be served well.
Signature Global City is world-class in every aspect. Sprawling open spaces, amazing landscapes, and facilities that are hard to find anywhere else. Amenities include a wide rand of sporting options and includes a spacious gym.
