I really like how Puranik City gives you the chance to buy an affordable home in awell-planned and built township that is strategically positioned at the centre of ThaneWest, approximately 0.35 km off Thane Ghodbunder Road and 7 km from the Easternexpressway and very well connected with the rest of the city.
Puranik City apartments have excellent connectivity with several key business andcommercial centres. Working in the busy commercial sector in Lokmanya Nagar I find itvery easy to commute daily to and from work. Additionally, the location is surrounded byHospitals, schools, and other services that are present very close to the complex andare easily accessible.
For the past few years, I have been seeking property in Kasarvadavali or the generalvicinity of West Thane but have not been successful. However, I finally found PuranikCity apartments, which satisfied all of my expectations, and my lengthy search wasover. I think the residences are amazingly designed given their low cost and placement.
Moving into Puranik City has been a wonderful experience for me and my family. Theapartments come with lots of amenities such as a designated sports area, badmintoncourt swimming pool along with many other things; but also, well-designed sturdyinfrastructure. There is something for everyone, I couldn't have been happier.
