I stay here as Undri is famous for affordable homes near NIBM. I enjoy greenery and my experiences with peaceful streets. I like the mixed neighbourhood and simple layouts. I benefit from Hadapsar road buses and fresh air. I trust Inamdar Hospital and Vibgyor School. I dislike dust and poor road lighting.

I own here, as Undri feels balanced for city living. I gain space and calm, and my experiences stay positive. I like city access via NIBM and Hadapsar. I enjoy greenery and hill views daily. I feel settled here and earn a stable rental yield. I face road damage and slow municipal upkeep.

In my experience, Undri is famous for its lush greenery and residential peace. My suggestions highlight this area as a premium housing segment. My clients get high rental yields due to nearby schools. However, my experiences show that road widening and public water supply definitely need more improvement for future growth.

I suggest Undri to families because of top schools like DPS. I focus on the affordable luxury segment. Residents get great fresh air and proximity to the Magarpatta IT hub. I see great potential here. However, I believe the local authorities must fix the broken pavements and improve the municipal water connectivity immediately.

I advise Majiwada as I think for families Thane West's most perfect starting point. Its advantageous placement near the intersection of Ghodbunder Road and the Eastern Express Highway is, in my opinion, a major benefit. For premier comfort, my recommendations always call attention to the proximity to Viviana Mall and Jupiter Hospital. Nearby, Singhania and CP Goenka are great institutions that citizens gain from. Well-lit roads and gated cities like Rustomjee Urbania make the neighbourhood very safe for women at night. A major victory for me is the 4–7% rental return. Still, I think the monsoon waterlogging and peak-hour traffic have to be much improved. This is a change in way of life.

My advice Undri since I believe families would find unsurpassed advantage in the fresh air and vegetation. Being near Hadapsar and NIBM makes it a particularly attractive location for those in the IT industry, in my opinion. I propose checking at the top schools here like Bishops and EuroSchool. I witness people taking simple drives along the Katraj-Kondhwa Road. Because of the active gated communities, I believe the neighbourhood is quite safe for women at night. Ruby Hall Clinic nearby for medical need. The great rent return for my investors delights me. Still, I believe the confined interior roads and intermittent water supply problems desperately require fixing. Investing here provides a breath of fresh air.
