Well what to say, I mean Hiranandani is trusted brand and I have trusted them with the quality and amenities. They have done great on both the counts. With so many sports facility, medical facility, premium club house, and lots of open areas. Apartment fixtures and fittings are nice enough. Wish it was closer to BKC!

See, connectivity-wise, there is nothing better than Hiranandani Acacia for me at least. Ghodbunder Road is there and so is Agra Road and Eastern Express Highway. These are major roads and I can quickly drive down to my office. But then there is a lot of traffic congestion near my project and that is irritating sometimes. But overall project amenities and all are nice.

Being a Hiranandani project, quality is top-class and 3 BHK units (like the one I own) are very spacious. Views are nice, and connectivity is good overall through the Ghodbunder Road. Yes, some landmarks in Mumbai are quite far away, but the amenities are good. I feel the property prices are slightly higher than what I would have thought okay, but I guess that’s brand value.

Hiranandani Acacia has been a good experience for me and my family. Plenty of amenities right from a swimming pool and badminton court to power backup, medical facility (which is a great addition) and club house. I wish that it also had a shopping centre so that we could quickly buy all daily essentials.

My experience at Hiranandani Acacia has been great so far. Overall, I would state that the project quality has lived up to expectations. Another plus point is that the rooms are well-designed and quite spacious also. The developers have taken care of the basic aesthetics. Only thing is a little distance from my workplace, but the rest is fine.
