Well what to say, I mean Hiranandani is trusted brand and I have trusted them with the quality and amenities. They have done great on both the counts. See, connectivity-wise, there is nothing better than Hiranandani Acacia for me at least. Ghodbunder Road is there and so is Agra Road and Eastern Express Highway. These are major roads and I can quickly drive down to my office. But then there is a lot of traffic congestion near my project and that is irritating sometimes. Being a Hiranandani project, quality is top-class and 3 BHK units (like the one I own) are very spacious. Views are nice, and connectivity is good overall through the Ghodbunder Road. Yes, some landmarks in Mumbai are quite far away, but the amenities are good. I feel the property prices are slightly higher than what I would have thought okay, but I guess that’s brand value. Hiranandani Acacia has been a good experience for me and my family. Plenty of amenities right from a swimming pool and badminton court to power backup, medical facility (which is a great addition) and club house.
