Lodha One is in proximity to important commercial hubs like the Bandra Kurla Complex. I go to RD National College, which is only a few kilometers away from my apartment. Dheeraj Heritage and Silver Beach Cafe are the two famous destinations that are only a walking distance from my home. Many schools are also located in its vicinity. You also get many facilities within the complex. The ATM and the grocery is also located nearby.

Lodha One is located in Juhu prestigious area. close to important educational establishments. Joggers Park and Juhu Scheme are nearby. This is the only spot in Juhu where it nice to reside. Lodha One offers great security. Strangers are barely allowed inside. We did not get fresh water at our old apartment all the time and faced serious issues with a water shortage. However, after moving here, we have never faced any issues with the water supply. We get a fresh water supply all day, and finally I am relieved. The environment is serene and calm, and it is surrounded by greenery. This is what I love about this place.

We own a 4BHK flat, and since we have children, we find this project very convenient. The kid?s play area is pretty big, where our children play in the evening. We also go for a morning walk. It my favourite time of the day. Both our children go to Russell Square International School, only a few kilometers from our apartment. Other good schools are also located nearby. The market and ATM is also in its vicinity.
