M3M The Cullinan grabbed my attention when I moved to Sector 94, and I do not regret buying it. There is no shortage of public transport in the area, and autos and cabs are also available. However, Commuters are occasionally irritated by traffic congestion on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway along Sector 94. Otherwise, this place is excellent with everything in the vicinity. Furthermore, the railway station, metro rail, and airport are near the building.

There couldn?t be a better choice than M3M The Cullinan in Sector 94, and it grabbed my attention due to its location and modern designs. Rind Road leads to the Indira Gandhi International Airport, which is around 24 km distant. Within a 6 km radius are well-known hospitals like Apollo and Max Multi Speciality Centre. Within 4 km are Amity Global School, Mayur School, and Aditya Public School. Everything is within my reach.

I rented an apartment in M3M The Cullinan, and I think I made the right choice, as the apartment has almost everything to fulfil the needs of the residents. The construction quality of the building is superior, and it is close to important facilities such as ATMs, banks, clinics, medical stores, schools, hospitals, groceries and markets. The building itself has a hypermarket within the premises and I hardly ever have to go out.

The Greater Noida Expressway and Noida are close by, providing easy access to neighbouring communities. The closest metro station to the location is Okhla Bird Sanctuary on the Delhi Metro Magenta Line. Dadri Main Road takes you 18 km to the New Delhi Railway Station, making commuting easier.

I have been living in M3M The Cullinan for a few months, and I really like the apartment in terms of size, comfort, luxury and style. The interiors come with modern design and there are loads of amenities and facilities within the premises. However, during the monsoon, problems with waterlogging are caused by improper drainage around the location. Residents must exercise caution since incidents of robbery and chain snatching occur close to the building.

As an owner living in M3M Cullinan for a while now, I am very impressed with this project. My family and I feel very safe in the building due to the advanced safety features. We have a 24*7 security personnel, who guard the building dedicatedly. Furthermore, we also have Video/ CCTV Surveillance along with an intercom facility and video phone. We also have a very efficient Fire Fighting system inside the building.

For a sports enthusiast like me, M3M Cullinan is an excellent choice. In order to remain fit, I do not even need to leave the premises as everything is provided in the building itself. We have a gymnasium, swimming pool, badminton court, tennis courts, basketball, yoga areas, table tennis, billiards, skating rink and golf putting. Not only that, there is also a separate pool for children along with a kids? play area and sand pit.
