This place has great access to the outdoors, and the Hiranandani Road in the area gives it a feel and appearance that is reminiscent of any well-planned and mature city. The roads are in decent shape, there is a security guard on duty, and there is adequate mobile coverage, so safety is also good. For all residents, having access to stores, malls, movie theaters, universities, institutions, and hospitals is an extra bonus.

Thane is only a half-hour's drive from CSMT, and it has decent local connectivity. The security system of this civilization is its most amazing feature.
